This role is located in the Etihad Travel Mall to sell the complete range of Hala Abu Dhabi destination products and service and achieve the individual inbound sales targets, customer service objectives, product inventory maintenance and contribute to the overall sales and service objectives of Hala.
Responsibilties:
- Achieve agreed individual sales targets by converting sales via Hala website, Hala global email address, incoming call volumes, outbound telesales, direct guests enquiries, key global tour operators and trade partners, inbound groups, Etihad global outstations, major events and UAE government departments
- Sell the full range of Hala destination products and services including F1 Grand Prix and other major event packages, inbound air ticketing, meet and assist, transfers, accommodation, attractions, tours and value added products and services via the phone, Hala website, Hala email address, tour operators and face to face direct Orion system maintenance of all Hala Abu Dhabi inventory including hotels, transfers, transport, tours and excursion, special events, meet and assist.
- Ensure all bookings are completed and reported within the Orion system and ensure all financial transactions are managed in an accurate and prompt manner
- Attend and assist at external Hala major events i.e. F1 Grand Prix and group activities to provide full on site ticketing and Hala service and support
